Q8-What is meant by the term 'Leadership'?What is its importance in modern time.

Q9-What is meant by direction?Discuss its major principles.

Q10-Write short notes on any two of the following:

(ii) Stress management
(iii) Tools of Ethics
(iv) Management of change.
