Q 5- Explain the significance of leadership. Discuss Trait theory of leadership.
Q 6- Explain the reasons for formation of groups.
Q 7- Explain and differentiate between the tradional and modern approach to conflict.
Q 8- Define attitudes and discuss their influence on behaviour.
Q 9- Define 'Organisation Behaviour'. Discuss its characteristics.
