Q 1- Define Organizational Behaviour as a field of study and bring out its nature.

Q 2- Discuss autocratic, custodial, supportive and collegial models of organizational behaviour.

Q 3- What do you mean by Perceptual selectivity? What are the factors which influence perceptual selectivity?

Q 4- What is the role of positive attitudes? Describe the methods for developing positive attitudes by individual.

Q 5- "Theory X and Theory Y are concerned with the nature of people." How does the job situation affect the application of this theory? What are its implications?

Q 6- What are the organizational applications of personality? Discuss the prominent personality traits of Indian Managers.

Q 7- Define stress. Explain the different causes of stress.

Q 8- "Leadership is situational." Explain this statement by bringing out the situational factors important for effective leadership.

Q 9- What is the concept of organizational conflict? Discuss the causes of interpersonal conflict & conflict resolution.

Q 10- Write short notes on any two of the following :

          a) Features of Good Grievance Redressal Procedure
          b) Participative Leadership
          c) Values
          d) Social System Approach.
